My name is Charley!

It all first started about 2 years ago in my college dorm freshman year at Winona State University. I was flipping stuff - PS4s, Apple products, Golf clubs Etc. - on Facebook Marketplace when I stumbled into the world of sneakers. I first flipped a pair of Air Force 1 “Jewels” that I only paid $40 for and that started it all. From their I started reselling sneakers daily and my first month I sold 4 pairs. Within a few months I had a full blown business! I then started posting sneakers for sale on instagram under the name “charleysneakerz”


At first I only had a couple of people that saw the pairs for sale, with that I got a comment on how to ship pairs. From that I made my first video on how to ship sneakers efficiently. That started the spiral of creating low-end videos on my iPhone about “How to Resell”. I soon joined TikTok in late 2020 and continued the videos there as well. I continued that until March of 2021. I grew the reselling business to over 50k in sales and in my last month I sold 93 pairs of sneakers.


I decided to retire from the reselling game after I got hired to a motorsports dealership to run the marketing department. (Side note I started the “PowerLodge” TikTok, for the company, and we grew to 100k within a year.) I then decided to continue to create content and start collecting rather than reselling. Since then I have upgraded my gear and have have started to create content daily on all platforms!


In the summer of 2022 I reached out to SneakerCon to see if I could be a creator at their events. They loved the idea and I became a part of their Influencer team. I attended SneakerCon event in various locations through the rest of the year.


Jumping to beginning of 2023, I worked at finishing up my graduation at Winona State in the spring. Since then I have continued to grow my passion to video making by my gear, and learning color grade more in-depth. I know quality is subjective, but there is some parts I can control and I choose to make videos to the best of ability.
